Privacy
Whether you're booking a spring house wash or chasing a blocked gutter before the autumn rain, the quote form asks for a handful of things: your name, a phone number, your suburb and what needs cleaning. We use those details to line up the quote you asked for, and for nothing else.
Call and form tracking
To see which pages actually bring in enquiries, this site runs a call and form tracking service called WhatConverts. When you visit, it notes the page you're on, the site that sent you here and any campaign tags in the web address. If you ring us, it logs details of the call, such as the number you called from and when; if you send the form, it keeps a copy of the enquiry.
Because of this, the phone number you see on a page may be a tracking number that forwards to us rather than a fixed line. WhatConverts holds that information on its own systems, under its own privacy terms. We look at it only to understand which pages and searches lead to enquiries, never to market to you or to sell your details.
Where your enquiry goes
Each enquiry is handed to a single independent contractor who works your part of Auckland, so they can ring you and price the job. Nobody else gets it. Your number never ends up on a marketing list, and we'd only ever release it if a court or a law obliged us to.
When we delete it
We hang on to enquiries for two years at most, in case a question comes up about a quote, and then clear them out. Want yours gone before then? Say the word and it's done.
Checking what's on file
New Zealand's Privacy Act 2020 lets you see the details we've kept about you and have anything wrong fixed. Send a note to [email protected] or ring 09 801 2335. If a request isn't sorted to your satisfaction, you can take it up with the Privacy Commissioner, who handles complaints like this.
Outside services this site leans on
A third-party form service receives what you submit and emails it through to us. The typeface comes from Google Fonts, so Google can see your IP address each time a page loads.
